Community

Welcome to Calder Valley Radio, we launched in July 2020 during the Pandemic and learnt very quickly how to cope in a crisis and support our community. Now 6 years on, we have come a long way with a wonderful team of local presenters broadcasting live shows, not only to the local area but to anywhere in the UK and beyond.
We registered as a CIC (Community Interest Company) in August 2022 and hold monthly meetings for all our presenters. Calder Valley Radio broadcasts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and we are here to support the community in any way we can from our base at Mytholmroyd Community Centre. If you have a story to tell or something to promote, please contact us below.
